Planning event photography in Charlotte
What types of events do you photograph?
Corporate and community events, conferences, galas, fundraisers and brand events. Coverage is planned around your program, guests, speakers, sponsor priorities and the photographs you need afterward.
Do you cover events outside Charlotte?
Yes. A&J is based in Iron Station, North Carolina, and serves Charlotte, Lake Norman, Hickory and the Carolinas. Share your venue and schedule when requesting a proposal so travel and coverage can be included accurately.
How do we plan the photographs we need?
Before the event, we review your run of show, key people, priority moments, sponsor requirements and intended image use. Include any access requirements and delivery deadlines in your inquiry.
When will our photos be delivered?
Your proposal and agreement confirm the delivery schedule, edited deliverables and gallery access. Rush delivery is available by request, subject to availability; discuss your deadline before booking.
Can we use the images for marketing?
Standard client website, organic social and PR usage is included in event packages. Advertising, exclusivity and third-party use may require additional licensing. Tell Scott how the images will be used so your proposal includes the right permissions.
