Rates valid through December 31, 2027. Complex productions are quoted separately. A signed agreement and 25% non-refundable retainer reserve your date, subject to the agreement’s cancellation terms.

We’ll plan your shoot and prepare for the day. Portrait balances are due 48 hours before the session; event balances are due seven days before coverage unless agreed otherwise.
An inquiry or consultation does not reserve a photography session. Your agreement will outline cancellation, rescheduling, delivery and image usage. Advertising and third-party commercial use may require a separate license.
Before you book.
How do I reserve a date?
Send your preferred date, location and photography plans. After we confirm availability and your package, a signed agreement and 25% retainer reserve the date. An inquiry or consultation alone does not hold a date.
Which package should I choose?
Start with the length of coverage you need. Concert packages focus on live performances; fashion packages cover runway and backstage; corporate and community packages cover events; strength-sport packages are designed for organizers. Portrait sessions take place at our private Iron Station studio. Ask for a custom quote if your plans span multiple categories.
When is the remaining balance due?
Portrait balances are due 48 hours before the session. Event balances are due seven days before coverage unless your agreement says otherwise.
What will I receive, and when?
Your agreement confirms the delivery schedule and scope. Finished photographs are delivered through an online gallery. Portrait packages include 5, 10 or 18 final retouched images, depending on the package. Event image quantities depend on the coverage and are agreed in advance. Rush options are available by request.
Can we use the photographs for marketing?
Event packages include standard client website, organic social and PR usage. Advertising, exclusivity and third-party use may require an additional license. Tell us how you plan to use the photographs so your quote includes the right permissions.
Do you travel, and can I reschedule?
A&J serves Charlotte and the Carolinas. Travel beyond 30 miles may add to your quote. Contact us promptly if your plans change; your signed agreement sets out the applicable rescheduling and cancellation terms.
