A clear brief, before the doors open. We review your priority shots, approved access, production schedule, delivery deadline and intended image use before confirming the assignment. Backstage coverage and other restricted areas are subject to artist and venue approval.

Deliverables matched to the assignment. Edited photographs are delivered through an online gallery. Your proposal confirms scope, turnaround and usage permissions, including any advertising, third-party or exclusivity requirements.

Includes a planning call, shot-priority review, professional coverage and editing, high-resolution online gallery, and standard client web, organic social and PR usage. Travel, additional coverage and expanded licensing may cost extra.

Your date is reserved after availability is confirmed, your agreement is signed and your 25% retainer is received. The remaining balance is due seven days before coverage unless agreed otherwise. Complex productions are quoted separately.
