DIGITAL DOWNLOADS & REFUNDS All products are digital files; nothing is shipped. Please check the product description and file requirements before purchase. If you purchased twice, received the wrong file, cannot access your download, or believe the product is materially different from its description, email hello@aandjcreative.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will help restore access, provide the correct file, or arrange an appropriate refund. Do not email card or banking details. Refund requests for other reasons are reviewed individually. This policy does not limit any cancellation, refund or other rights you have under applicable law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider.

DIGITAL PRODUCT TERMS Your purchase includes only the files and edition listed on the product page. Prices are in USD; applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Downloads are delivered electronically to the email address used for the order after payment is confirmed. Save a personal backup of the files. Use the guides and editable templates for your own photography business. You may adapt client-message templates for your own communications. You may not resell, redistribute, share the original downloads publicly or use the included photographs as stock images. These resources are educational. They do not guarantee bookings, media access, publication, income or any other result. Business and legal requirements vary by location. Software subscriptions, personal coaching, future products and future updates are not included unless the product page expressly says so.
